SUMMARY:
Law firm in Benoni is seeking a self motivated General Attorney to join their dynamic team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Minimum 4 - 8 years experience as Admitted Attorney
Managing a broad spectrum of legal matters independently, including.
Extensive litigation experience in both Magistrate’s and High Court matters
Drafting of legal opinions, notices, pleadings, contracts, and commercial agreements
Management of estate planning, wills, trusts, and compliance matters
Handling labour law disputes and representing clients in Labour Court and CCMA arbitrations
Strong trial advocacy skills and ability to independently manage files from instruction to completion
Proven ability to manage files independently and effectively
Exceptional drafting skills and attention to detail
Strong client engagement skills and the ability to work under pressure
