POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 4 - 8 years experience as Admitted Attorney
• Managing a broad spectrum of legal matters independently, including.
• Extensive litigation experience in both Magistrate’s and High Court matters
• Drafting of legal opinions, notices, pleadings, contracts, and commercial agreements
• Management of estate planning, wills, trusts, and compliance matters
• Handling labour law disputes and representing clients in Labour Court and CCMA arbitrations
• Strong trial advocacy skills and ability to independently manage files from instruction to completion
• Proven ability to manage files independently and effectively
• Exceptional drafting skills and attention to detail
• Strong client engagement skills and the ability to work under pressure
