• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
• Right of appearance in the High Court or 3+ years post-admission experience
• Proven experience or interest in foreclosures, banking litigation, and liquidations
• Excellent command of English with strong professional drafting ability
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Capable of managing high volumes of work independently
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
