POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and reviewing Notices, Pleadings, and other legal documents
Managing and overseeing litigation files from inception to finalization
Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
Conducting legal research and providing legal opinions
Engaging with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders
Handling case management and court processes efficiently
Ensuring compliance with litigation timelines and procedural requirements

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric
LLB Degree
Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 1-year post-admission experience
Previous Litigation Experience (Civil & Commercial)
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail

Salary:
Dependent on Post-Admission Experience (R 18 000.00 – R 35 000.00 CTC per month)
