Our client in the outdoor advertising/media space is looking for an Outdoor Advertising Site Developer/Outdoor Media Specialist. This is a senior role in their organisation. Massive earnings potential.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in the outdoor advertising/media space is looking for an Outdoor Advertising Site Developer/Outdoor Media Specialist. This is a senior role in their organisation.

Key Performance Areas:

Identifying and filtering prime billboard positions, eye for detail.
Evaluating the position from a sales and by-law perspective.
Compiling professional proposals.
Negotiating with the Landlords to have a lease signed.
Assist with the town council application.
Assist the technical team to get the site installed.
Launch the site to the internal sales team.
Manage the asset to ensure it is sold.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

Grade 12
Drivers License
Marketing qualification would be an added advantage
Town planning experience is essential
Negotiation skills with landlords

Technical Skills Required:

The ability to identify a good billboard position
Negotiating skills
Verbal and Written communication
Accuracy
Attention to detail
Meeting deadlines
Organizational ability
Time management
