POSITION INFO:
The Advisor Consultant (AC) is a critical operational support position within our client''s distribution team. The role is designed to enable business growth by providing exceptional administrative efficiency, technical expertise, and client service. Acting as the central point of contact for clients, advisers, and assistants, the AC ensures that all service interactions, documentation, and investment proposals are delivered compliantly, accurately, and professionally. By managing administrative duties and preparing investment documentation, the AC supports Investment Specialists (IPS) and allows advisers to focus on business development and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit supporting documents and investment proposals within agreed SLAs. Ensure all mandates, correspondence, and presentations are accurate, professionally formatted, and compliant. Assist in mandate facilitation and maintain standardised proposal formats. Manage deadlines, priorities, and task lists across multiple Investment Specialists to ensure deliverables are completed with minimal delays. Achieve a target of completing 95% of tasks on time. Respond to queries from clients, advisers, and assistants via email and phone with efficiency and professionalism. Resolve and escalate queries through the appropriate channels. Provide general operational and administrative support to advisers and their teams to deliver proactive and innovative service. Achieve a Client Satisfaction Score of at least 90%. Requirements: Must be a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering a seamless client experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment within the financial services sector. Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to take initiative and complete tasks with minimal supervision, aiming for 90% of tasks completed without follow-up reminders. Excellent communication and service orientation, ensuring clear and courteous interactions with zero justified complaints regarding responsiveness or tone. A solution-oriented, positive attitude with a proactive approach to supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance team culture. Ability to maintain a 360° feedback rating of 4\/5 or higher. Eagerness to learn and openness to feedback, with a target of 90% or higher attendance in internal training sessions. Ability to adapt to new processes and systems in a dynamic investment environment.
