We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering firm looking for a results-driven and experienced Energy Aftersales Manager. This is a senior-level role ideal for a commercially astute leader with strong industry knowledge and a passion for driving aftersales performance across the energy and industrial sectors.

Job & Company Description:
As the Energy Aftersales Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding service offerings, building strong customer relationships, and leading a high-performing team across Southeast Africa. You’ll focus on aftersales excellence, business development, and customer retention, all while driving energy efficiency and sustainability improvements in customer operations.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Strong background in energy systems, heat exchangers, or process equipment
- Proven track record in aftersales, service operations, or technical sales
- Sound understanding of customer service landscapes and expectations
- Experience in market gap analysis, pricing strategy, and developing marketing plans
- Solid technical understanding of mechanical systems and costing
- Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills
- Financial acumen – understanding of P&L, cash flow, and investment planning
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and develop distributed teams
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical or similar); MBA advantageous
