Qualifications and Experience:

• Completed Grade 12 certificate
• Working experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Required language proficiency (Afrikaans)
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
• Strong data entry and typing skills
• Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
• Stable career track record and previous employment references will be required.
