After-Sales Project Coordinator: Mechanical Engineering vacancy in Randburg. Bulk materials handling industry. Mechanical Diploma with 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar or project coordination role. Must be able to interpret engineering drawings.

POSITION INFO:
After Sales Project Coordinator: Mechanical Engineering Randburg You will coordinate After Sales projects from job release through final delivery, ensuring procurement, manufacturing, stores, and logistics activities stay on track and customers are kept informed throughout the process. Requirements 2-5 years' experience in a similar\/project coordination role. Mechanical Engineering Diploma Project Management qualification advantageous. Strong planning, organisational and communication skills. Excellent follow-up, problem-solving and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of manufacturing and procurement processes. Ability to interpret engineering drawings. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel . Experience with an ERP system (Omni or similar) advantageous. Responsibilities Coordinate After Sales projects from handover to final delivery. Monitor procurement, manufacturing, supplier and delivery timelines. Liaise with Procurement, Workshop, Stores, Logistics and customers. Provide proactive progress updates and communicate delays and revised ETAs. Coordinate packaging, dispatch and deliveries. Track and escalate potential delays or issues. Maintain project trackers, documentation and procurement records. Assist with invoicing, customer progress reports and process improvements.
