Are you an experienced Business Analyst leader with a passion for driving Agile delivery excellence? This role combines senior-level business analysis expertise with people leadership responsibilities. You will guide a team of Agile Business Analysts, ensuring high-quality delivery of business analysis activities across multiple Agile projects, while also directly contributing to strategic initiatives.

• 10+ years of experience in functional & business requirement specifications
• Strong SQL/database design and API/workflow knowledge
• 5+ years of Business Analysis in software design
• Agile/Scrum environment experience (SAFe, Kanban)
• Leadership and mentoring of Business Analysts

• Lead and mentor a high-performing BA team
• Play a pivotal role in strategic Agile projects
• Gain visibility across business and IT leadership structures

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, or related field
• Business Analysis certifications or Agile certifications (CSPO, SAFe Agilist, ICAgile, CBAP) advantageous

📌 Requirements

Experience

• 10+ years writing functional & business requirement specifications
• 8+ years working with databases & SQL development
• 5+ years in Business Analysis (software design focus)
• 3+ years in functional & data testing
• Practical knowledge of modern technologies: APIs, workflow design, SQL, database design, and data analysis
• Experience leading or mentoring BA teams in Agile environments
• Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical & critical thinking skills
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and negotiation abilities
• Proven leadership and mentoring capability
• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
