POSITION INFO:
What you will be doing:

• Involve business, developers, and QA stakeholders in solution design.
• Lead explorations to refine Epics and User Stories (story mapping).
• Ensure the sustainability of projects by identifying and mitigating risks.
• Provide insights into the evolution of Agile KPIs to improve team efficiencies.
• Guide teams and the organisation in the application of Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and conflict resolution to strengthen collaboration.
• Assess and coach teams on their Agile maturity to reach higher performance levels.
• Improve transparency through status reporting and communication.
• Support Product Owners with grooming and backlog management.
• Assist with project and team coordination tasks when required.
• Prepare and communicate test reports (SIT & UAT).
• Ensure user requirements are well-defined and aligned with Agile best practices.

• Proven ability to manage technical teams using Agile methodologies.
• Strong skills in problem-solving, time management, and risk mitigation.
• Expertise with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• At least 5 years’ experience in the IT / Software DevOps industry.
• Relevant IT Degree, Diploma, or Certification.
• Excellent MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of business needs, solution design, and implementation.
• Knowledge of ITSM Suite / BMC Remedy.
• Database experience (Oracle, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, PLSQL).
• Software development background (Java or similar frameworks).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Bitbucket, Jenkins) and Agile testing.
• Experience working with Finance functions or teams servicing them.
