SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Agile and Operations Manager to join a growing team. In this role, you will manage internal data and software development projects in a regulated environment. The Agile Project and Ops Manager will also work across the portfolio with Digital Transformation Managers, functional stakeholders and management to ensure standardised processes are establish

POSITION INFO:

10 years project management experience in an ICT environment, managing data and software projects and
working with software development teams.
Demonstrable experience of Agile and Scrum Management methodologies across all IT related initiatives
Good leadership skills and team player.
Ability to work and liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to coordinate and facilitate discussions to encourage execution
Able to identify, assesses and manages risks

BSC Degree OR relevant technology advanced diploma at NQF level 7.
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
Agile foundations and practitioner APMG
