SUMMARY:

Looking for a skilled Agric Administrator to join our team in the Hammarsdale and Cato Ridge area.

POSITION INFO:

Agric Administrator

Location: Hammarsdale and Cato Ridge area, KwaZulu Natal
Report to: Operations
Seniority Level: Mid-Career (2 - 4 yrs exp)

Duties and Responsibilities

MTech Transactional Capturing
- Transactional capturing will apply to the following modules on MTech:
- Breeder module
- Hatchery module
- Broiler module
- Daily, weekly, and monthly gathering and capturing of data on MTech from various operations/farms and hatcheries.
- Reconciliation of inventories and KPI data with source documentation.
- Investigate and correct variances and anomalies.
KPI & Volume reporting
- Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly KPI & volume reports.
- Ensure accuracy in data from Agric BI Cube, MTech, and Excel reports.
- Reports include mortalities, feed intakes, and production summaries.
General Administration
- File and safeguard records.
- Compile spreadsheets and analysis.
- Distribute administrative farm-related documentation.
- Attend meetings and assist with tasks as required.

Requirements

Minimum Grade 12
2 years operational planning experience
Computer literacy, Interpersonal skills
Experience in processing/manufacturing environments
