Accredited corporate specialising in uplifting the community with regards to human resources, social and financial services is looking for an Analyst Delphi developer to join the team. You will be responsible for information systems by analysing client needs, designing, developing, and installing software solutions according to sound software design principles.

Education:

• B Degree in Computer Science or similar

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 3 years Delphi experience
• Experience in Java advantageous
• Experience in Analysis and design
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Adhere to all guidelines related to Security, SHEQ and IT operational policies and procedures
• Guarantee data accuracy and confidentiality and no unauthorised access to data
• Continuously analysing and attendance to internal client requirements to develop new or change existing system functionality according to their requirements
• Compile Business Requirement Specifications when required, within agreed timeframe and according to company standards
• Compile Function Requirement Specifications for each system change and/or project within agreed timeframe and according to company standards
• Develop, test, implement and maintain current systems and create seamless interfaces between the various business systems to ensure optimal data integrity, efficient processing of business data according to management needs, within the agreed timeframe and done according to company standards
• Continuously ensure systems development and testing
• Ensure that all system maintenance projects are planned and executed according to approved project plans
• Analyse and attend to user queries to ensure a high availability and efficiency of the system.
