POSITION INFO:

As a Senior Data & Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in driving strategic insight delivery across the business, working with cutting-edge tools, advanced modelling techniques, and complex datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse complex, fragmented, and large-scale datasets to deliver actionable business insights
Build advanced predictive models including defaults, collections, profitability, and forecasting
Develop robust data models and visualisations using SQL, Python, and Power BI
Partner with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, translate requirements, and influence data-driven decision-making

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:
- Relevant degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience:
- 5–8+ years’ experience in analytics, insights, or advanced data roles
- Proven experience in SQL, Power BI, and strong data modelling capability
- Hands-on Python proficiency and exposure to strategic or innovation projects
- Experience building predictive models beyond standard credit scoring (defaults, collections, profitability, forecasting)
- Strong background in customer analytics: segmentation, behavioural insights, telematics, and profitability analysis
- Experience mentoring junior analysts and leading insight delivery

- Solid analytical and problemâsolving capability
- Commercially minded with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to turn fragmented datasets into clear, actionable business insights
