POSITION INFO:
Core Responsibilities

1. Sales Performance Reporting and Analytics

• Develop, maintain, and optimise sales performance reports across business units, countries, teams, and stakeholder levels to support operational and strategic decision-making.

• Design and manage sales system reports that monitor staff activity, enrolment outcomes, non-enrolment trends, and conversion movement across the sales funnel for more than 1,000 staff members.

1. Data Modelling and Commission Management

• Prepare, manage, and validate sales commission, incentive, and payout calculations with a high level of accuracy, consistency, and control.

• Build advanced financial models in Excel and Power BI to support revenue forecasting, commission scenario planning, pricing optimization, and profitability analysis.

• Develop budget vs. actual performance models, variance analysis reports, and financial KPI dashboards for sales leadership and finance teams.

1. Predictive Analytics and Forecasting

• Conduct sales forecasting using historical data, trend analysis, and predictive modeling techniques to support pipeline planning, revenue projections, and target setting.

• Build statistical models to identify early warning indicators for underperformance, at-risk deals, and conversion drop-off points across the sales funnel.

1. Business Intelligence & Data Visualization

• Build and maintain interactive sales and operations performance dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, and Looker Studio to support real-time monitoring, trend analysis, and executive reporting.

• Sales performance reporting, commission calculations, and incentive structure analysis

• Financial data modeling for revenue forecasting, budget planning, profitability analysis, and scenario modeling

• Predictive analytics and statistical methods (time-series analysis, regression, lead scoring, churn prediction)

• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, VBA, XLOOKUP, dynamic dashboards, financial modeling)

• Power BI (DAX measures, data modeling, drill-through reports, row-level security, automated refresh)

• Sales funnel analysis, conversion tracking, pipeline velocity, and KPI performance monitoring

• Digital marketing attribution, campaign ROI measurement, lead source tracking, and CAC analysis

• Staff-level sales performance analysis at scale, enrolment outcomes tracking, and non-conversion behaviour analysis

• Business modeling, scenario planning, variance analysis, and reporting logic design

• Stakeholder management, data storytelling, insight presentation, and translating technical findings into business language

• Must be able to develop ROI-focused reporting that links campaign activity to leads, enrolments, and revenue outcomes across the entire customer journey

• Must be able to work across sales, marketing, finance, and CRM systems to create integrated, end-to-end performance reports

• Must demonstrate continuous learning in emerging analytics techniques, predictive modeling tools, and business intelligence best practices

• Advanced Analytics Tools: Experience with Python (pandas, scikit-learn) or R for statistical analysis and machine learning

• CRM & Sales Systems: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms for sales reporting and data extraction

• Database & SQL: SQL proficiency for querying databases, validating data, and building custom reports directly from source systems

• Marketing Analytics Platforms: Exposure to Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot)

• Industry Experience: Experience supporting retail, education, call-centre, or high-volume sales environments with complex commission structures

• Lead Distribution & Allocation: Understanding of lead-distribution logic, performance allocation models, and territory assignment optimization

• Data Visualization Tools: Experience with Tableau, Qlik, or custom dashboard development (JavaScript, D3.js)

• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI), Google Data Analytics Certificate, or similar industry-recognized credentials

• 3 to 5 years in Sales Reporting, Sales Operations Analytics, Financial Data Modeling, Business Intelligence, Predictive Analytics, or a related function

• At least 3 years of direct experience in commission, incentive, or sales performance reporting with proven financial modeling capability

• Experience working in a high-volume, target-driven reporting environment with responsibility for revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance optimization is compulsory

• Demonstrated experience in predictive analytics, statistical modeling, or business forecasting is highly desirable

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
