JOB SUMMARY:
Our client based in Johannesburg is looking for an Application Engineering Specialist to provide product specific support in the field, to sales and operations. Take lead in suggesting and specifying of communication and remote monitoring systems.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Education and Minimum Requirements:

B-Tech, Electrical Engineering / alternatively suitable Electrical qualification
Business Management or Project Management qualification would be an advantage.

5 Years’ experience in the pump industry or allied industry (submersible/ surface motors), preferably with Centrifugal Pump experience.
Must come from a customer service-driven industry.

Competencies:

Individual must have strong marketing and sales skills.
Sound interpersonal and presentation skills.
The candidate must be prepared to travel.
Must be confident, and ambitious with an outgoing personality
Computer Literate (JDE and Microsoft Packages)
