POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
Previous IT Helpdesk experience
Proficient in Excel (Pivot)
Power Query/Power BI and DAX knowledge will be beneficial
Embrace (ERP System) knowledge is beneficial
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Excellent attention to detail
Able to deal with complex detail
