POSITION INFO:

My client is seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to deliver technical and functional support for business applications across multiple departments. You’ll be responsible for identifying recurring issues, implementing sustainable solutions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day system functionality. The role supports CRM, finance, and contract management tools, with the opportunity to influence internal processes and contribute to cross-divisional projects.

This hybrid position involves a balance of proactive support, system analysis, maintenance tasks, supplier engagement, and collaborative troubleshooting alongside key stakeholders. You’ll join a high-performance team where customer focus, analytical thinking, and service excellence are key to success.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in application or IT systems support
Experience in a customer-facing support environment
Knowledge of CRM systems
Experience with reporting, query tools, and databases
Financial background is an advantage
Ability to analyse, troubleshoot, and document technical processes
Comfortable with real-time system updates and issue prioritization
Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement

Qualification:
Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology (System Support or similar)
Exposure to Sage Evolution, X3, or Intacct preferred
