JOB SUMMARY:
Client in JHB North looking for an Application Support Specialist for the Learner Management System. This position is responsible for the support, design, development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of content, assets, and other resources used for instructional functions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Courseware development:
Play an active role in eLearning course development and upkeep. Design, create and maintain course content.
Create content videos.
Engage and Collaborate With Subject Matter Experts
Advise on layout, resources and course activities as well as timelines.
Accommodate everyone’s needs and verify that each department gets the online training resources they expect.
Maintain Accurate Records
Maintain the User-Base.
Provide Technical Support
Review and Revise eLearning Content
Maintain the Learning Management System
Provide Insider LMS Knowledge
Assign Roles to Corporate Learners
