Applications Architect

Applications Architect with relevant Computer Science qualification, minimum 8 years’ software development/IT Architecture experience, at least 5 years’ experience in development management / solutions management, exposure to Agile and preferably experience in the Financial Services Industry required for an Insurance Company in Centurion.

Minimum requirements:

• Computer Science qualification essential

Responsibilities:

• Define framework and operating principles for application solutions according to industry best practice
• Manage the application architecture within the enterprise architecture of the business
• Internal process management
• Client liaison and management
• People and team management
• Finance – budgets, costing and reporting
