SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their team, based fully in-office in Bedfordview. This role is suited to a highly experienced Salesforce professional who is passionate about designing scalable architecture, leading technical solutions, and delivering high-quality enterprise systems.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and optimisation of Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Architect and implement complex API integrations (REST/SOAP) between Salesforce and external platforms
Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Drive best practices in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and system design
Ensure high standards of code quality through reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimisation
Mentor and guide junior developers within the team
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and support continuous system improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Extensive experience as a Salesforce Developer, ideally at a senior level
Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
Strong background in Java and object-oriented programming principles
Proven experience with complex system integrations and API development
Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, security architecture, and automation tools
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment
Strong problem-solving and technical leadership abilities

Advantageous:

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Architect track preferred)
Experience working on large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations
Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments with delivery ownership responsibilities
