SUMMARY:
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design, plan, and oversee construction projects from concept through completion. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and consultants to deliver functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and technical designs
Prepare detailed plans, layouts, and specifications using design software
Meet with clients to discuss project requirements, budgets, and timelines
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, quantity surveyors, and other consultants
Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and zoning laws
Prepare project presentations and design proposals
Assist with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
Review contractor work and approve materials where required
Resolve design and construction-related issues during project execution
Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Stay updated with industry trends, sustainability practices, and new technologies

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
Professional registration with the relevant architectural body advantageous
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in architectural design and project management
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software
Strong understanding of construction methods and building regulations
Excellent design, planning, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and presentation abilities
High attention to detail and organisational skills
Valid driver’s licence advantageous

Office-based with regular site visits
May require extended hours to meet project deadlines
