Architect - Northern Suburbs

POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Architect with at least five years of post-qualification experience to join our dynamic team in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities Project Design: Develop innovative and practical architectural solutions aligned with client requirements. Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and reports. Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand needs and present design proposals. Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success. Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards. Requirements Professional architectural qualification with SACAP registration. Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup , and other design software. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
