We're looking for an Entry-Level SAP HCM Solution Architect to design and deliver innovative solutions across SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). This role bridges business strategy, HR process design, and enterprise technology architecture---translating complex requirements into secure, scalable, and future-ready solutions. What You'll Do Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand goals and requirements Translate requirements into robust solution architectures Design and validate integration architectures across SAP platforms and third-party systems Research and recommend new solutions to business challenges Contribute to strategic planning and technical roadmaps for Human Capital systems Provide advisory and guidance on SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and BTP Document and present solution architectures in line with enterprise standards What Will Make You Successful Strong experience as an SAP SuccessFactors \/ SAP HCM functional resource (minimum 5 years) Hands-on configuration and support of modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, Payroll, and Time Management Knowledge of SAP HCM ECC modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll) Understanding of SAP BTP, CPI, and integration patterns Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in diversifying into Solution Architecture Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field SAP SuccessFactors certifications (desirable) Why This Role?
