JOB SUMMARY:
Our client a leader in the Pulp and Paper Manufacturing industry requires the services of a Area Lead Sales Person who will lead the sales agent team to ensure the maintenance of core clients. Deliver the sales and volumes targets and develop the market through the implementation of the sales strategy

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities
Determine pre-call planning objectives organise the routing programme with the sales agent.
Manage administrative data and information in the region
Determine new customer base and increase regional distribution
Motivate and manage customers within your region
Managing of the Regional Sales Agents
Key Account Management – Listing of products and business reviews
Drive the segmented pricing strategy compliance & ensure sustainable volume growth
Enable the sales function to deliver superior customer service
Achieve the sales targets
Exceed the sales objects annually by implementing the Sales Strategy to grow market share and volume
Compile weekly and monthly reports.
Handle customer and consumer complaints and queries in the region

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
A minimum of 5 years experience in Sales/Marketing in FMCG
Minimum sales leadership experience of 2 years in FMCG
Computer literacy
Driver's license
