AREA MANAGER & NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST - Multi-brand Skin Care

CAPE TOWN & SURROUNDS - REGIONAL | W-Cape, South Africa

START: A.S.A.P / 01 June 2025

REPORT TO: Sales Manager / Director

HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00am  - 17:00pm

SALARY & BENEFITS:

Market Related Cost to Company including:

• Basic Salary
• Fuel Allowance
• Cellphone Allowance
• Medical Aid (Discovery)
• Provident Fund
• Commission earned from R1+ upon exceeding targets

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Reside centrally in or directly around Cape Town
2. Valid driver license & your own, reliable and insured vehicle - this is not negotiable, traveling is an inherent part of this employment
3. Qualification in Beauty / Spa / Cosmetology / Health & Skin Care / Somatology 
4. You MUST look the part, beautifully groomed and very well presented (hair, skin and nails)
5. Demonstrated sales experience with a focus on new business development
6. Professional English command - and proficiency in Afrikaans

ESSENTIAL SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:

1. Confident in sales, new business development, client relationship building and meeting targets
2. Actively pursue and secure new business opportunities
3. Develop new marketing strategies
4. Previous skin care / luxury brand sales experience
