SUMMARY:
Area Manager – Durban (Multiple Locations)
We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple Stores locations. If you have a strong background in retail operations, team leadership, and driving sales performance, we want you on our team!
 
What You’ll Do:

Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple store locations
Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
Lead, train, and motivate store teams to achieve business goals
Ensure stores comply with company policies, procedures, and merchandising standards
Monitor stock levels, shrinkage, and overall store performance
Analyze sales data and implement strategies to boost performance
Handle staffing, recruitment, and performance management
Travel between store locations to provide hands-on leadership and support
 
What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in multi-store retail management
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to drive sales and improve operational efficiencies
Excellent communication and people management abilities
Experience in stock control, merchandising, and retail financials
Must be willing to travel regularly between store locations
A valid driver’s license and own transport are required
