We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Area Manager to lead operations in the Clanwilliam region, Western Cape. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned professional to take full ownership of table grape production while shaping high-performing teams in a leading agricultural environment.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

• Strategic oversight of farm production, budgets, and infrastructure
• Driving quality, compliance, and operational excellence
• Leading, developing, and motivating teams to perform at their best
• Building and sustaining strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders

• 10–15 years’ experience in table grape production (mandatory)
• Citrus experience is an advantage
• Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Deep knowledge of farm operations, infrastructure, and people management
• Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
