Area Manager - Apparel

JOB DESCRIPTION:

5 - 10 years apparel area manager experience essential
Manage the staff recruitment, training and development process while effectively planning, organizing and controlling all human resources.
Ensure that the store achieves budgeted sales by means of effective sales management.
Effectively manage the stores stock file and implement effective controls to monitor and influence stock service levels and dead stock.
Implement initiatives in order to develop customer relations and create a customer centric shopping environment.
Ensure that all merchandise is logically presented in store to achieve sales budgets and improve customer service levels.
Ensure the effective implementation and execution of all legal requirements of OHASA and create an environment which is safe for staff/customers.
Ensure all cash and assets are secured and that process is followed at all times
