JOB DESCRIPTION:

PURPOSEOF JOB

To be responsible for all profitable and professional Cleaning Services in specific geographical area and to ensure client satisfaction/ business retention whilst upholding the Company policies and procedures. (For the Cleaning Contracts in your geographical area).

Minimum requirements:

1. A valid code 8 driver’s license, held for a minimum of 2 years.

2. Proficient in English

3. Excellent communication skill

4. Credit Worthy

5. Computer literate

6. 5 Years Managerial experience

Responsibilities:

To be responsible for a profitable and professional cleaning environment
Maintain high operational standards
Controlling all assets and equipment entrusted to the position
Enforcing company policies and procedures to an extreme level
Professional client contact and problem solving skills
Training and evaluation of staff
Time keeping and recording of time sheets
Ensuring staff turnover not exceeding 2 per month
Communicating at directors level
Safety, complying with all regulations of the OHSA
Managing debtors
Take initiative
Portraying a participative management style
All candidates must be able to work long flexible hours and shifts and reside within the immediate Pretoria geographical area. Candidates must be willing to travel.
