JOB SUMMARY:
Our valued client in Gauteng has a vacancy for an AREA MANAGER. This is a SENIOR leadership role in a financier company for a HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL individual who meets all the criteria.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

BCOM Degree in Accounting/Finance / business-related field ESSENTIAL
7 Years plus experience in BUSINESS INVESTMENT with a proven track record
Experience in banking, sales, and marketing
Previous experience in leadership/managerial role
Letter of motivation to accompany your CV

The successful candidate will fill the following requirements, but not limited to:

Marketing, presenting, and building sustainable networks
Recruiting, developing, managing, and retaining staff in the Gauteng area.
Occasional Travel will be required.
Managing the investment process and office by *screening and evaluating proposals, * providing guidance on due diligence, *reviewing reports, *managing the integrity of the book, and *ensuring that all supporting administrative procedures are in place
Attending and making decisions at various committee meetings
Strong leadership skills are imperative
Maintaining Operational support functions
Assuming income/expense responsibilities

Salary: MARKET RELATED (negotiable)
