Requirements:

· Certification or degree from Culinary School

· Matric

· 3 to 5 yrs experience in a similar role

· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

· Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations

· Conflict management ability

· Excellent organization skills

· Train staff

· Own Reliable transport with valid license

General :

· Manager will oversee the Kitchen Staff at the Garages

· Assist with Branch Stock control

· Check the branches for Cleanliness and sanitation

· Area manger will be required to travel between the different branches.
