One of the biggest leading loan providers for SMEs in the world with the focus being on lending money to small and medium entities. Is seeking to hire an Area Manager-Property Investment to join their Cape Town office.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

Completed B. Com degree in accounting.
A property investment-related degree will be advantageous.
Experience in Banking, Sales and marketing

Job description:

Actively participate in the building of the team through recruitment and selection, and the development, management and retention of additional direct reports
Actively participate in the development, management and retention of your direct report
Actively manage client relationships and regularly participate in management meetings for equity investments in joint ventures, contributing to the overall success and growth of these partnerships
Actively participate in various committee meetings, providing input and insights that contribute to informed decision-making
