AREA SALES MANAGER - FMCG - CAPE TOWN

POSITION INFO:
The main purpose of the job:
To manage sales areas through tracking, recording, and monitoring the sales teams within a specific region.
Responsibilities:

Sales Management
Sales Growth
Call Compliance Monitoring
Leadership/ People Management

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales Supervisor or Sales Manager role within FMCG, preferably dealing with major retailers
Strong salesforce management experience
Completed tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Retail
Preference will be given to male candidates due to the extensive travel requirements
