Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team on branch level
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share
Manage key accounts and identify new business opportunities
Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with operations, logistics, and credit teams

Requirements:

5+ years B2B sales experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role
Experience in Tool Hire, Plant Hire, Construction, Industrial or Rental environments
Strong people management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Computer literate (MS Excel, CRM systems)
Valid driver’s licence
