POSITION INFO:
Our client is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market share within the Mpumalanga region. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with experience in the Material Handling Equipment (MHE) industry or a related technical sales environment. Duties & Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Identify and secure new business opportunities within the designated area. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Prepare quotations and maintain accurate sales records. Ensure efficient administration of equipment sales activities. Promote workshop services and parts sales to grow aftersales revenue. Monitor market trends and provide regular sales reports. Consistently achieve monthly equipment sales targets. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric). A Degree or Diploma in Sales or a related field will be advantageous. 5-7 years'' proven sales experience. 3-5 years'' experience within the Material Handling Equipment (MHE) industry or a related field. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong customer relationship management and business development skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Reside in or near Nelspruit will be advantageous. Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively within a team.
