Where You'll Make an Impact: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across assigned regions Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to meet and surpass targets Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies effectively Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Requirements: 5–7 years of proven sales experience in relevant industries Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to analyse market data and adapt strategies accordingly Familiarity with the following: Industrial, engineering, or mechanical sectors Customer relationship management (CRM) software What We'll Give You: Salary: R35,000 - R45,000 per month (Market, Negotiable) Medical Aid Contribution Performance Bonuses Mobile Phone Allowance Car Allowance and Company Car Join a forward-thinking organization where your leadership can make a significant impact.
