JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description

Perform scheduled and routine maintenance on all plant machinery, services and equipment.
Perform engineering inspections, identify problem areas and implement proactive plant maintenance and plant improvement corrective actions.
Attend to breakdowns as and when required to minimise downtime
Maintaining of all legal files and systems to required standards.
Minimise plant breakdown and down times by identifying root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions to optimise plant availability.
Provide appropriate and adequate feedback and input to the Reliability Team Manager with respect to plant condition, spares and repairs carried out.
Assists and identify requirements for Critical spares list on Plant and Equipment.
Assist in improvement and implementation of maintenance schedules and special work instructions in designated areas.
Maintain housekeeping standards in the designated areas.
The ability to operate the automated and relevant process machinery to produce products for, production purposes as and when required.
