Aruba HPE Network Engineer

SUMMARY:
We are recruiting for an Aruba HPE Network Engineer role.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Aruba HPE networking solutions (switching, wireless LAN, ClearPass, AirWave, and Aruba Central).
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve complex network issues.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Implement network security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Aruba solutions into existing infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Aruba Certified Switching Professional (ACSP), Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP), or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and network security concepts.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and cloud-managed networking platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• 3–5 years of experience in enterprise networking roles.
• Hands-on experience with Aruba ClearPass for network access control.
• Familiarity with SD-WAN and cloud networking solutions.
