SUMMARY:
A leading services company is seeking to employ an Asset Management Consultant to join their team on a contract basis.

This is a technical role, for an engineering degreed' individual Note: This is not financial asset management

POSITION INFO:

Ability to be flexible, working within a team, and on-site, with the flexibility to travel to the site, rotations are varied, depending on the site. Accommodation and travel to the site are provided.
Must have good communication skills backed with an Engineering background within heavy industry.

Key Result Areas / Consulting / leading / ambassadors of change - motivated individuals

Understanding Reliability Certified maintenance (RCM) methodology
Site audits and maintenance assessments
Capability plant Analysis
Condition monitoring plan and KPIs identification
Preventative systems and processes guidance
Plant /equipment hierarchy development
Plant /equipment criticality analysis
Equipment functional failure identification and analysis
Determination of root cause of failure using RCA Methodology
Determination of appropriate corrective action/s
Development of implementation plan/s
Determination and implementation of appropriate performance measures
Understanding Reliability Certified maintenance (RCM) methodology
Understanding Root cause Analysis (RCA) methodology
Competency with the use of computers and software, and specifically CMMS systems (Ellipse, SAP, Maximo,etc)

Work experience:

2- 5 years of experience in asset management and /or maintenance engineering
Exposure to computer maintenance management systems (CMMS) in an operating environment is preferred)
