SUMMARY:
5 Years’ experience in asset care management, maintenance planning, plant shuts and projects.

POSITION INFO:

Reporting to the Production Director, the successful incumbent will be primarily responsible for the asset care system to ensure plant uptime and reduce the cost of production. Responsible for managing preventive maintenance programmes, routine work management system, maintenance capital programmes and KPI analytics. It is an exciting opportunity for a smart, passionate, attention to detail person who makes things happen through their superior knowledge and strong leadership skills.

Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • BTech /BSc Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering.
  • 5 Years’ experience in asset care management, maintenance planning, plant shuts and projects.
  • Advanced training courses in asset care management, reliability centred maintenance, planning and scheduling, project management and construction management.
  • Working experience on IBM Maximo, MS Projects, PAS 55 or ISO 55000 will be advantageous.
  • Advance Excel analytics and KPI dashboard reporting abilities are essential.
  • Good interpersonal skills

Key Result Areas

  • Align Asset Management functions with the Company’s strategy and goals.
  • Provide leadership to breed a culture of excellence towards LEAN maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance.
  • Provide an Asset Management System, Routine Work Management process and project management services to all stakeholders.
  • Integrate all Asset Management requirements, shuts and projects, into one Routine Work management process
  • Facilitate shut planning, including ramp-down, commissioning and ramp-up plans.
  • Provide quality assurance and controls in every aspect and interface.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships judiciously.
  • Periodically revise the plant criticality and business continuity plans.
  • Provide reports indicating Asset Management system compliance, efficiencies, progress and deviations.
  • Keep and maintain records of all related data, certificates and maintenance history.
