POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Manage and optimise the performance of a portfolio of commercial property assets Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximise returns and long-term value Monitor portfolio performance, budgets, forecasts, and key financial metrics Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and profitability Work closely with property management, leasing, finance, and other stakeholders Analyse market trends, property performance, and investment opportunities Assist with budgeting, forecasting, valuations, and strategic planning Prepare and present portfolio reports and recommendations to relevant stakeholders Skills & Experience: Minimum 3-5 years' relevant Asset Management experience Commercial property experience is essential Strong financial and commercial acumen Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Sound understanding of property performance, valuations, and financial metrics Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Qualification: Relevant Finance, Property, Investment, or Commerce qualification Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
