JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for a new Coffee Shop opening soon in the Bedfordview area of Johannesburg.

Duties

Responsible for assisting with overall running of the Store
Stock control: Counts, ordering, receiving, packing
Cash handling
Staff Supervision, coaching, discipline
Customer service
Assist with POS as required

Requirements:

MUST HAVE a minimum of 3 years Restaurant Management experience, this is non-negotiable. (Applications/CV’s that do not have 3 years Management experience will NOT be considered)
Good POS experience (Micros, GAAP, Aura or similar) – 3 years’ experience
Computer literate (MS Office) – 3 years’ experience
Smart and presentable

Customer orientated people skills (Customers and Staff)
No criminal record
MUST be prepared to take a Polygraph test
