SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant General Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our property. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, with the ability to oversee multiple departments. While a lodge background is preferred, it is not a requirement — we value strong hospitality leadership and a passion for service.

Key Responsibilities

Support the General Manager in the overall running of the property.
Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring seamless coordination.
Maintain high service standards and a strong guest focus.
Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence.
Assist with budget management, cost controls, and revenue strategies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
Step in for the General Manager during absences.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements

Previous management experience in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Financial awareness and operational understanding of multiple departments.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and guest-focused environment.
