SUMMARY:
We are hiring an experienced Assistant Lodge Manager to support the daily operations of a premier 5-star lodge. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Lodge Manager in overseeing daily lodge operations, ensuring seamless guest services and high standards
Supervise and motivate the team across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.)
Handle guest relations, resolving issues with professionalism and care
Support staff training, scheduling, and performance management
Manage stock control, procurement, and supplier relations
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and lodge operating procedures

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within a 4- or 5-star lodge or hospitality establishment
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
Computer literate (MS Office, PMS systems, etc.)
A guest-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
