JOB SUMMARY:
Provide a supporting role at the upmarket restaurant including the font of house and administration responsibilities.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Performance Areas incl.:

Customer service with attention to detail
Developing and maintaining relationships with guests and ensuring they feel welcome and will return as often as possible
Supervision of front of house and beverage staff
Strong administration skills
Understanding and owning the company brand values
Attention to detail with regards to service and aesthetics
An inherent passion and understanding of what constitutes exemplary service

Min. Qualifications and Job Requirements:

Relevant Tertiary qualification
Min. 2 years’ experience in a similar position
Excellent people and communications skills
A strong sense and understanding of what constitutes world class service
A team player

The Restaurant operates 7 days a week. The successful candidate would as such be required to work weekends on shift basis. No evenings – except for functions.
