Are you a natural organiser, reliable self-starter, and confident communicator?
Weâre looking for a high-functioning, detail-driven Assistant to the Director who can confidently manage a wide range of support tasks in a fast-paced travel and hospitality environment.
As the right-hand to the Director, youâll play a key role in managing reservations data, executing brand and marketing initiatives, and ensuring the operational flow of a leading African safari travel brand.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Maintain booking reports and align reservations with operations
- Create and update rate sheets, lodge fact sheets, and visual presentations
- Support the brand online: manage website updates, post blogs, and maintain social media
- Coordinate familiarisation trips and communicate with travel agents
- Assist with trade show preparation, reporting, and administrative support
- Organise files, assets, and business documents on Google Drive
- Help execute our brand presence: from merchandise and signage to storytelling through design and media
- Provide weekend cover for the Director once a month

- Excellent administrative, organisational, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Tech confidence: Youâre at ease navigating digital tools like Google Drive, Canva, Wix, Mailchimp, MS Word, PowerPoint/Keynote, and Outlook
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
- Professionalism, accuracy, and a flexible âget-it-doneâ attitude
