SUMMARY:
Motsoeneng Bill Attorneys Incorporated, an award-winning law firm, located in Johannesburg, Pretoria and Durban, is looking for an Associate to join the MBA Incorporated Labour and Employment Law team.

POSITION INFO:
What we are looking for:
Ambitious, talented, and hard-working Associate who will help contribute to the success of MBA Inc.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes):

LLB or LLM Degree.
Admitted Attorney.
Minimum of 5 years post admission experience.
High Court Right of Appearance.
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Represent clients in the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation & Arbitration (CCMA), Bargaining Councils, Labour Court and Labour Appeal Court.
- Advise clients on all aspects of labour and employment law, including unfair dismissal, retrenchment, discrimination, collective bargaining and workplace compliance.
- Conducting internal investigations, disciplinary hearings, and assisting with compliance audits.
- Conduct legal research and produce clear, concise memoranda and opinions.
- Support business development initiatives, including drafting proposals and attending client meetings.
Excellent Communication (written and verbal) Skills.

Research Skills.
Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills.

Required Attributes:

Adaptable and organised.
Must be able to work on different projects simultaneously.
