SUMMARY:
Exciting opportunity to join a leading Management Consulting company on their Associate Partner programme and path towards Partner.

POSITION INFO:
Reporting to a Director, the Associate Partner will initially be assigned to one or more large clients, focused on building a strategic partnership and managing consulting delivery, growth and operations for these client accounts.

The Associate Partner is also expected to identify and qualify new opportunities in the client account to meet revenue demands and ensure that budgets, profitability and timelines for client projects are achieved.

The Associate Partner will be responsible for developing, syndicating, managing and delivering on the divisional strategy and meeting the divisional revenue and profit targets for a 2 year growth strategy.

The Associate Partner will be responsible to build new clients, relationships and engagements through their networks.

A Masters qualification combined with min 10 years professional experience in a top consulting organisation.

Excellent academic credentials, proven business leadership experience as well as proven experience motivating and leading large, multi-cultural, cross functional teams.
